Extremely Helpful and Efficient
I picked Barb at random to value our house. She was extremely helpful and explained everything before she gave us a valuation and we agreed to put the house up for sale. Everything moved very quickly from then. She had the photographers out in the next 2 days, an internet Ad and an Open House for the following Saturday. Good Experience with Barb Blackhall
We had our investment house with another real estate business for approximately 8 months with no success. A friend who had purchased through Barb suggested we engage her to sell. The house had not been maintained to the expected level so there were quite a few maintenance issues. Barb assisted with the repairs etc and then went on to sell the house in a timely manner.
